Financial Management

  • Maintain hybrid accounting system
  • Provide monthly financial reports
  • Assist in preparation of annual budget
  • Monthly, quarterly or yearly billing as required
  • Budget variance reports
  • Reserve/replacement control
  • Preparation of accounts payable
  • Provide financial reports to CPA for Federal and State filings
  • Monthly reconciliation of bank statement(s)
  • Prepare and send 1099’s (to vendors and state)
