Bill is a life long
resident of Pebble Beach and the Monterey Peninsula. Married to
Nancy Phillips, wife of 27 years, 2 children, Andy 13, and Katie 11
years.

ACTIVITIES:

Currently serving on the Board of Education
for Pacific Grove Unified School District.

Founding member of the Monterey Bay Search
and Rescue Dogs, Inc.

Member of the emergency response canine team
for the state of California, Office of Emergency Services from
1980 to 1995. Participated in multiple search incidents through
out the State of California. Chaired the state advisory committee
in 1990 for the Office of Emergency Services in developing state
wide earthquake standards for training, testing and deploying
canine search and rescue response teams for the state of
California and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, F.E.M.A.

Served two terms on the Board of Directors
of the Del Monte Forest Property Owners Association, the elected
representatives for the Pebble Beach area.

Active in youth sports on the Monterey
Peninsula, coaching youth Soccer and Baseball.

Served from 1992-1994, as chairperson on the
citizens advisory committee for the County of Monterey charged
with the update of the 1984 Del Monte Forest Land Use Plan (LUP),
the governing document for the zoning and development of Pebble
Beach and the greater Del Monte Forest.

Margo Fuselier is a
life-long resident of Monterey and has been fascinated by real estate for
ages.
She worked extensively
in the legal field for over 15 years and has experience in facilities
management as well.
In 2006 she made the
break and obtained her real estate license, and is enjoying every minute
of helping people achieve their real estate goals.
Margo has 2 retired
racing greyhounds, 2 horses, a son, and a husband, and enjoys spending
her free time with all of them.
Her hobbies include
riding horses, quilting, travel, cooking, and experimenting with various
paint colors on her home’s walls.
